Demetra Bellina was born in Udine, Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Italy. Bellina first began acting on stage, during the high school. She had her TV debut with Di padre in figlia (2017), and others TV shows as Thou Shalt Not Kill (2015), La vita promessa (2018), Non mi lasciare. Her TV breakthrough arrived in 2021 with the series Tutta colpa di Freud (2021) by Paolo Genovese. She began first steps in movies with Comedians (2021) by Gabriele Salvatores and Headshot (2022), Greta e le favole vere (2022). She is also and indipendent musician, singer, writer and painter.
